Dave McPhee
Dave McPhee brings a lifetime of experience to the D M Holdings team. With an extensive background in pest control and landscape gardening, Dave spent many years building his repertoire as an experienced outdoorsman.
In the year 2000, Dave turned his lifetime passion into a new business venture and thus, D M Holdings was born. Since then Dave has diversified the business to encompass a range of services which are used by inner city residents, government agencies and large corporations alike.
Dave's management style is very much ‘hands on’. Dave is in the field for every contract and this is where he wants to be. So you know when employing D M Holdings for your job; whether big or small, it will be managed by an experienced, knowledgeable professional and delivered to the highest possible standard.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys fishing and hunting, as well as being a life member and coach at the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club.

Seth McPhee
After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education degree at the University of Otago, Seth joined the D M Holdings team full-time, after 10 years of part-time employment.
His role encompasses health, safety and environmental management, as well as completing reporting requirements, staff training and contract supervision. Seth has an extensive background in Pest Control, and is also a Registered Agrichemical Applicator and Qualified Arborist.
Although office work keeps challenging for his time, Seth loves being out in the field and relishes any opportunity to get into the South Island high country, especially if a chainsaw, rifle or quadbike is involved.
Outside of work time, Seth can be found gallivanting around the countries beaches, as part of his volunteer roles with Surf Life Saving and Marine Search and Rescue.
Ben Mulvey

Ben Mulvey, born in Clyde, studied as a Mechanical Engineer before working in Project Management and Process Improvement Leader roles. Ben enjoys hunting and is an active LandSAR field team member. Ben and Susie have three children, Alice, Zoe and Campbell.
Tom Schweitzer
Thomas Schweitzer born in Austria, moved to many years ago with his with wife Lucia. Thomas served in the Austria army and has qualifications as a Mechanical Engineer as well as in Business Management. Thomas has held several senior management roles during his career. His children Martin (8) and Theresa (6) keep him busy on their lifestyle property.
Thomas loves exploring the outdoors with his pack raft and keeps fit playing squash or going for long walks with his dog Wally.

Carlin is a qualified Arborist and enjoys spending time in the gym.
Brayden WilsonSpray Operation Foreman
Brayden is a qualified and highly experienced spray operator and is leading our project and spraying team.
The other members of the D M Holdings team are a mix of pest control and tree experts who have received training and qualifications for all types of work we do. We have a number of regular seasonal team members who come back every spring/summer to help out with the increased workload at this time of year.
